Arbitration Rules: Arbitration shall be conducted by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@insurancemadesimple.ai within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, address, phone number, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site and Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Site and Services will immediately cease. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, arbitration, and governing law shall survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice via email or a prominent notice on our Site. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and TCPA Consent, constitute the entire agreement between you and Healthy Hope regarding your use of the Site and Services, superseding any prior agreements.
